The Risk Analysis Team for the Phase A Preliminary Risk Assessment has very experienced marine traffic experts, spill modeling and risk assessment scientists selected from two of the world’s foremost companies that specialize in this type of work, Environmental Resources Management (ERM) and Det Norske Veritas (DNV).
